I had the top near a burner and it burnt. I thought it was Teflon around the outside, but it must've been rubber, and I need a new top.

Resolved: Warranty gone wrong
We filed a warranty claim for a 10" Premier Space Saving fry pan. The original customer service representative whom handled the claim was very good on the phone however, when the new item was delivered, it wasn't the same product line.
The lid for the space saving pan doesn't fit the pan they sent us as it's not from the space saving series. When I called back to explain this,.the representative blamed me for agreeing to this item.
This is clearly their mistake as we had to send photos of our bad pan and the photos clearly show that it's the premier space saving unit. We have approximately 14 pieces of Calphalon cookware and all we ask is that what went bad while under warranty gets replaced with the "SAME " item.

I purchased a 12" skillet and realized when it arrived that it is far bigger than I anticipated. I attempted to contact Calphalon more than once to get a return authorization.
They do not have a telephone customer service number and they never even responded to my requests.
I live in Louisiana and their website doesn't acknowledge any U.S. state but only Canadian provinces.

Its been over a month and they havent shipped the replacement nor have they sent me response to anything. I call the customer

Pitiful Customer Service
Returned ONE saucepan that was not what I understood it to be. I purchased 3 pots/pans returning the one.
Sent it to their returns warehouse as instructed with a tracking number Saturday, 19 August 2023 & it was delivered Monday 21 August. Called main phone number to let them know & was told I would recieve a CHECK in 4-6 WEEKS! I let them know it should be credited back to my credit card used for purchase-NOPE! They also wanted me to take a photo of the tracking receipt & send it to them!
Are you *** kidding me? All they have to do is enter the tracking number to see it was delivered! Now no more communication with them on their part.
I guess they need my money very badly. If you purchase anything from them you better not have a warranty problem or need to return-your money is GONE!

Is there a way I can resurface a 8 inch slide pan from sticking some coating came off. Had it about three years now Model 1388 dishwasher safe stamp on it I tried 2 different times to get new ones from Amazon and google but they came aluminum which is not dishwasher safe one had a chip in it so Im hoping you can help zthsnk you Ron
