I purchased a 12" skillet and realized when it arrived that it is far bigger than I anticipated. I attempted to contact Calphalon more than once to get a return authorization.
They do not have a telephone customer service number and they never even responded to my requests.
I live in Louisiana and their website doesn't acknowledge any U.S. state but only Canadian provinces.

My coffee maker became damaged while washing. When I called calphalon they told
MeTo ship it back, I paid $66 to do so.
Its been over a month and they havent shipped the replacement nor have they sent me response to anything. I call the customer
Service number and they are always closed even during business hours.

Returned ONE saucepan that was not what I understood it to be. I purchased 3 pots/pans returning the one.
Sent it to their returns warehouse as instructed with a tracking number Saturday, 19 August 2023 & it was delivered Monday 21 August. Called main phone number to let them know & was told I would recieve a CHECK in 4-6 WEEKS! I let them know it should be credited back to my credit card used for purchase-NOPE! They also wanted me to take a photo of the tracking receipt & send it to them!
Are you *** kidding me? All they have to do is enter the tracking number to see it was delivered! Now no more communication with them on their part.
I guess they need my money very badly. If you purchase anything from them you better not have a warranty problem or need to return-your money is GONE!

Have spent over 600 plus for the stacked pots and pans.. I have waited for years to afford the pan warehouse. Just disappointing that I paid a lot of money to be disappointing..

They don't honor their warranty

Is there a way I can resurface a 8 inch slide pan from sticking some coating came off. Had it about three years now Model 1388 dishwasher safe stamp on it I tried 2 different times to get new ones from Amazon and google but they came aluminum which is not dishwasher safe one had a chip in it so Im hoping you can help zthsnk you Ron

My 2 knifes Brock in the middle
I bought a set of Catalon in bed Bath and beyond last year and I have another three sets that I use every single day I barely use them they are brand new literally two knives they just broke in the middle and its very weak quality I need somebody to give me a call at 973-787-**** or I can send it to your guys to fix that or something because I spent like $500 for that and its a lot of money for a set to be broken like that within a year or so thats supposed to have a lifetime warranty so thats my question I need somebody to reach out to me soon as its possible thank you

Because whar you are saying NOW IS *** When I bought my set I was told and it was advertised Caphalon cookware is guaranteed for LIFE! I didn't even the crap above. DO YOU STAND BY YOUR WORD?
i BOUGHT A SET OF CALPHALON FROM AN UPSCALE STORE I WAS WORKING AT EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T NEED IT AT THAT TIME. SO IT SAT IN THE BOX DRY AND UNOPENED FOR 1 YEAR.
AND I HAS BEEN USING IT SINCE. I HAVE ONE POT THE THERE ARE TWO SUSPICIOUS WHITE AREAS ON THE LIP AND THAT SAME PAN DOES NOT HAVE THE FLAT LOOK OF CALPHALON ALWAYS HAS INSIDE AND OUT. AND NOW I LOOKED AT THE CRAP AT CALPHALON HAS UNDER IT WEB SITE. AND IT MAKES ME SICK!
EITHER I BOUGHT EXPENSIVE COOKWARE THAT LASTS A "LIFETIME" OR I DIDN'T. I AM SO TIRED OF FALSE MANUFACTURERS.DD

Not happy
I called to let you know that one of my tops to my pot is rusted under between glass and lid. the operator told me to take a picture and send it .I had to get my son to do it cause I don't know how to.
When he did it she was like oh and we need the bottom too. I asked her if I can just tell her the number and style over phone she wouldn't do it. I tried to explain my son is working and I couldn't bother him again. So there for I said good by she was like ok have a great day.
My husband has been buying a piece every occasion, I love the pots and frying pans. Just very disapointed in the results
